Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Process oats in a food processor until they resemble a coarse flour.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix in the chopped strawberries.
- Combine the ground oats with the fruit mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
