Method
- Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and brown it, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Once cooked, drain excess fat.
- Add cooked brown rice, chopped carrots, and peas to the skillet.
- Stir and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with parsley and mix well.
- Allow to cool before serving.
