Ingredients
Method
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Combine oat flour and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, coconut oil, and egg until smooth.
- 4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients to form a firm dough.
- 5. Fold in chopped cranberries evenly.
- 6. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
- 7. Cut the dough into strips approximately 5 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
- 8. Place strips on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- 9. Turn off the oven and allow the sticks to cool inside for 15 minutes for a crunchier texture.
- 10. Let the sticks cool completely before serving, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for two weeks.
Freeze for longer storage; thaw before serving.
For a softer texture, reduce baking time by 5 minutes and skip the additional oven cooling.
