Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the honey to the mashed bananas and stir until fully combined.
- Add the rolled oats and whole wheat flour to the bowl and mix until a sticky dough forms that holds together when pressed.
- Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the balls are golden and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let the dog balls cool completely on the pan before serving or storing.
Notes
- If the dough is too wet to roll, add more whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds its shape.
