Method
- 1. Blend the Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and honey until smooth.
- 2. Separate the mixture into three bowls: one plain, one with blueberries, one with pumpkin.
- 3. Spoon small amounts into silicone bone molds, alternating colors.
- 4. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors.
- 5. Freeze for at least 3 hours until set.
- 6. Remove from molds and store in the freezer.
Notes
Keep frozen for up to 2 months.
Serve directly from the freezer as a refreshing treat.
