Berry Pumpkin Swirl Yogurt Bones: A Fall Treat to Savor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries blended
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder optional
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed optional

Method
 

  1. 1. Blend the Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and honey until smooth.
  2. 2. Separate the mixture into three bowls: one plain, one with blueberries, one with pumpkin.
  3. 3. Spoon small amounts into silicone bone molds, alternating colors.
  4. 4. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors.
  5. 5. Freeze for at least 3 hours until set.
  6. 6. Remove from molds and store in the freezer.

Notes

Keep frozen for up to 2 months.
Serve directly from the freezer as a refreshing treat.
