Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and lightly grease the basket or line it with air-fryer-safe parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, egg, honey, and salt until the mixture is mostly smooth.
- Add the oat flour and baking powder and stir just until combined into a thick batter.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries so they are evenly distributed without crushing them.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion the batter into small mounds and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each donut hole.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the donut holes are lightly golden and feel set and springy when gently pressed.
- Let the donut holes cool in the basket for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed for even browning and cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat gently in the air fryer for a few minutes.
