- In a large bowl, mix oat flour, peanut butter, blueberries, applesauce, flaxseed, turmeric, egg, and coconut oil until a dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and shape into sticks.
- Place sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
