- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Grate carrots and apple using a box grater or food processor.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, apple, oat flour, egg, and applesauce. Mix until dough-like consistency forms.
- 4. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters for shapes.
- 5. Place treats on prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- 6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
