- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, cheese, parsley, and rosemary. Stir well.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, oil, and broth.
- 4. Gradually add wet mixture to dry ingredients, stirring to form a soft dough.
- 5. Knead dough lightly on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes.
- 6. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
- 7. Place treats on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- 8. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
