- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a nonstick skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
- 3. Transfer cooked chicken to a large mixing bowl. Stir in cheese, parsley, and flaxseed meal.
- 4. Add eggs, flour, and oil. Mix until well combined.
- 5. Scoop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet. Flatten each into a small disc with wet hands.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
These treats can be frozen for up to 3 months.
