- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, and egg. Mix well.
- 3. Add chicken broth and olive oil, stirring until wet but not soupy.
- 4. Gradually stir in whole wheat flour and oat flour until a firm dough forms.
- 5. Mix in optional ingredients if using.
- 6. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with bone-shaped cookie cutters.
- 7. Place shaped dough on prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let sit in oven 30 minutes for extra crunch.
- 9. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.

Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for 7 days, in the fridge for 3 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
