Chill Out with Watermelon Yogurt Frozen Dog Treats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubed and deseeded
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dog-safe omega-3 oil optional

Method
 

  1. 1. Prepare the watermelon by removing all seeds and cutting it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the Greek yogurt and chopped mint leaves to the blender and pulse until combined.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into silicone dog bone-shaped molds.
  5. 5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. 6. Remove from molds and serve frozen.

Notes

Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
