Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and oats.
- 3. Add peanut butter and egg, mixing until dough forms.
- 4. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until dough is soft and kneadable.
- 5. Roll dough into 1–1.5 inch balls, flattening slightly.
- 6. Place cookies 1 inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
- 8. Allow cookies to cool completely.
- 9. Mix yogurt with cornstarch (optional) for icing.
- 10. Drizzle or pipe yogurt over cookies.
- 11. Add decorations: carob shavings, beetroot yogurt dots, and spinach yogurt leaves.
- 12. Let decorations set in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter is xylitol-free as it's toxic to dogs.
Keep decorated cookies refrigerated to maintain icing firmness.
