  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves stems removed and loosely packed
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted xylitol-free peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons water

Method
 

  1. Add the parsley leaves, oat flour, and peanut butter to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture forms a crumbly dough.
  3. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the mixture sticks together when pinched.
  4. Scoop out small portions of dough and roll into pea-sized balls between your palms.
  5. Place the balls in a single layer on a plate or tray.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve as needed.

Notes

- Always use unsalted, xylitol-free peanut butter, as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
- Serve these treats in moderation based on your dog’s size and overall diet.
