- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Melt coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds.
- 3. Combine melted oil with 1 1/4 cup flour; mix well.
- 4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
- 5. Fold in halved blueberries.
- 6. Form dough into a ball and roll out on a floured surface.
- 7. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
- 8. Place on an oiled baking sheet.
- 9. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 10. Cool before serving.
