Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups oat flour

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place silicone molds on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth.
  3. 3. Gradually add oat flour, mixing until a tacky dough forms.
  4. 4. Press dough into silicone molds, filling just to the top.
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes until treats are firm and golden.
  6. 6. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Always use xylitol-free peanut butter.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
