- 3. Stir in rolled oats, then gradually mix in whole wheat flour until dough forms.
- 4. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface and cut into shapes.
- 5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Let cool completely on a rack before serving.
Notes
Use low-sodium or no-onion/garlic chicken broth.
Ensure peanut butter is xylitol-free.
