Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually add flour, stirring to form a sticky dough.
- Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
