Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 apple finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a ramekin with non-stick spray.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix the egg, peanut butter, chopped apple, and baking powder until combined.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin.
  4. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. 5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Remove apple seeds and core; they are toxic to dogs.
Omit baking powder for a denser cake if desired.
