Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour or gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/4 cup curly parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, parsley, and mint.
  3. 3. Stir in melted coconut oil and water until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into shapes.
  5. 5. Place biscuits on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. 7. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
