Ingredients
Method
- Add the pineapple chunks, yogurt, and coconut milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and spoonable, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed to help the blender run.
- Stir in the shredded coconut, if using, until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, leaving a little space at the top of each cavity.
- Place the molds on a level surface in the freezer and freeze for 4 hours, until firm and completely solid.
- Pop the frozen treats out of the molds and serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
Notes
- Use only plain, unsweetened yogurt and coconut milk with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners; never use xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
