Method
- 1. Pour beef broth into a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
- 2. Sprinkle in agar-agar powder powder and stir until dissolved.
- 3. Add pureed pumpkin and mix well.
- 4. Stir in shredded carrots and salt.
- 5. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Pour mixture into molds and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Notes
Ensure agar-agar powder is unflavored and free of xylitol.
Use low-sodium beef broth for a healthier option.
