Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Method
 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix flour, ginger, and cinnamon.
  2. 2. Create a well in the center; add egg, coconut oil, and molasses.
  3. 3. Mix until a firm dough forms; add water if too crumbly.
  4. 4. Chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  6. 6. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick; cut into shapes.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. 8. For extra crunch, leave cookies in oven as it cools.

Notes

**Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!**
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
