Grain-Free Dog Treats Your Pup Will Love: Easy DIY Recipe

These homemade grain-free dog treats are easy to make, healthy for your four-legged friend, and they will absolutely love them!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can 15 oz pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 4 eggs
Peanut Butter Drizzle:
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. 3. Add coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Stir in pumpkin, peanut butter, and melted coconut oil to form a dough.
  5. 5. Roll out dough between parchment paper and cut into shapes.
  6. 6. Place shapes on a lined baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes until hard.
  8. 8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
  9. 9. Combine peanut butter and coconut oil for drizzle, and drizzle over cooled treats.
  10. 10. Let the drizzle harden in the fridge.

Notes

Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to one week. Freeze for up to a month.
