- 1. Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).
- 2. Combine chia seeds and water in a small bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, chia mixture, coconut oil, and grated carrots.
- 4. Gradually add buckwheat flour until a dough forms.
- 5. Roll out dough between two sheets of baking paper.
- 6. Cut out treats with a cookie cutter.
- 7. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Cool completely before serving.
