Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir until the mixture is crumbly.
- Add water and mix until a dough forms. If too dry, add a bit more water.
- Knead dough for 1-2 minutes.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
