- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add remaining 1/4 cup warm water, olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
- 3. Gradually mix in flour until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- 4. Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone inside.
- 5. Punch down dough, spread into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- 6. Mix melted butter and garlic; spread over dough. Top with cheeses.
- 7. Transfer dough on parchment to hot pizza stone. Bake 8-12 minutes until golden.
Notes
Make dough 3-4 hours ahead, refrigerate for rising.
Freeze dough for up to 3 months; thaw overnight before using.
