Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Process oats in a food processor until coarse flour.
- 3. Add banana, peanut butter, and egg to the processor; blend until dough forms.
- 4. Add water if dough is dry, or flour if sticky.
- 5. Roll dough to 1/8" thick; cut out treats.
- 6. Place on baking sheet; bake 16-18 minutes, rotating halfway.
- 7. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Measure oats before grinding.
For softer treats, bake 14-16 minutes.
For crunchier treats, bake longer or leave in the oven to dry.
