- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, eggs, and warm water.
- 3. Add brown rice flour, oat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix until combined.
- 4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- 5. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into shapes.
- 6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden.
- 8. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
