Method
- 1. Peel and mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add canned pumpkin, yogurt, and flaxseed to the bowl and mix well.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor.
- 4. Add water or bone broth and blend until smooth.
- 5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- 6. Freeze for 3 hours or until completely solid.
Notes
Use silicone molds for easier removal.
Store cubes in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 weeks.
