Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix sugars, melted butter, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and mashed banana until smooth.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 5. Fold in chocolate chips.
- 6. Drop 1.5 tablespoon portions of dough onto the baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for 9-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- 8. Cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
