Method
- 1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and blend until smooth.
- 2. (Optional) Strain the blended watermelon to remove pulp.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- 4. Fold in the watermelon puree until combined.
- 5. Pour into molds and insert sticks.
- 6. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
- 7. Run molds under warm water to remove popsicles.
Notes
Add small watermelon chunks or mint leaves for extra texture.
Use coconut yogurt for a different flavor.
