Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon diced
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • Popsicle molds or small cups
  • Popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. 1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. (Optional) Strain the blended watermelon to remove pulp.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Fold in the watermelon puree until combined.
  5. 5. Pour into molds and insert sticks.
  6. 6. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  7. 7. Run molds under warm water to remove popsicles.

Notes

Add small watermelon chunks or mint leaves for extra texture.
Use coconut yogurt for a different flavor.
