Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, peanut butter, egg, and pumpkin purée until smooth.
- 3. Add oat flour to wet mixture and mix until thick dough forms.
- 4. If dough is dry, add water 1 tbsp at a time.
- 5. Roll small amounts into balls, flatten into cookies.
- 6. Mix carob powder with water to form a paste.
- 7. Paint paw-pad shapes on cookies using carob mixture.
- 8. Place cookies on parchment-lined baking tray.
- 9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until firm at edges.
- 10. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter is xylitol-free.
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 6 days.
