Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2. In a food processor, puree pumpkin and undrained salmon.
- 3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in ground flax.
- 4. Gradually mix in brown rice flour to form a firm dough.
- 5. Rest dough briefly, then roll out and cut into shapes.
- 6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- 7. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Adjust flour or water to achieve desired dough consistency.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
