Method
- 1. Mash the banana in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2. Stir in the yogurt and peanut butter until evenly combined.
- 3. Spoon into dog bone molds or ice cube trays and smooth the top.
- 4. Tap on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- 5. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- 6. To release, tap the molds or run under warm water briefly.
Notes
Ensure yogurt is free from additives.
Avoid peanut butter containing xylitol.
