Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup plain cream cheese unsalted, low-fat
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, pumpkin puree, egg, and coconut oil until combined.
  3. 3. Spoon into lined mini muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full.
  4. 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. 5. Cool completely.
  6. 6. For frosting, beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  7. 7. Pipe or spread onto cooled pupcakes.

Notes

**Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!**
If frosting is too soft, chill before piping.
