Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, pumpkin puree, egg, and coconut oil until combined.
- 3. Spoon into lined mini muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full.
- 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 5. Cool completely.
- 6. For frosting, beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- 7. Pipe or spread onto cooled pupcakes.
Notes
**Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!**
If frosting is too soft, chill before piping.
