1. Peel and mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.

2. Add chopped strawberries to the mashed banana and mix well.

3. If using, add honey and rolled oats, stirring until combined.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each.

6. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until solid.

7. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
