Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Mash strawberries in a small bowl until a chunky puree forms.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, oat flour, applesauce, and coconut oil. Mix into a dough.
- 4. Sprinkle a flat surface with oat flour and roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
- 5. Cut out treat shapes and place on the baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- 7. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
If dough is too sticky, add more oat flour gradually.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days, refrigerated for 3 weeks, or freeze for 3 months.
