Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato until smooth.
- 3. Add the blueberries and egg; mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine oats and cinnamon.
- 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
- 6. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters or a knife.
- 7. Place chews on the prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm. Let cool completely.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks.
