  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. 1. Combine the yogurt, chopped apple, and grated carrot in a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix thoroughly to ensure the apple and carrot are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  4. 4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. 5. Pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
