Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until incorporated.
- 3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/3" thickness.
- 4. Cut biscuits with a cookie cutter and place on baking sheets.
- 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until firm. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter is xylitol-free.
Substitute apples with pear or grated carrots if preferred.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for 3 months.
