- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- 2. Shred carrots with a hand shredder or in a food processor.
- 3. Place shredded carrots in a food processor.
- 4. Peel and break the banana into pieces. Add to the carrots and pulse into a coarse mixture.
- 5. Add egg and oil. Process until smooth.
- 6. Add flours and process until a dough forms.
- 7. Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick.
- 8. Use a cookie cutter to cut shapes and place on the baking sheet.
- 9. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!
Freeze for up to 3 months for longer storage.
