Method
- 1. Add chicken, water, carrot, and celery to a pot.
- 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
- 3. Simmer 45–60 minutes until fully cooked.
- 4. Remove chicken and vegetables; strain broth through a fine sieve.
- 5. Cool completely and skim off the fat.
- 6. Pour cooled broth into a bowl; add optional mix-ins.
- 7. Pour mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- 8. Freeze for 3–4 hours or overnight.
- 9. Pop out and serve cold.
Notes
Do NOT add salt, onions, garlic, or spices.
Store frozen treats in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
