- 1. In a food processor, pulse oats 8-10 times to create 1/2 oat flour and 1/2 chopped oats.
- 2. Add honey, peanut butter, and bouillon powder or paste.
- 3. Process until it forms a dough ball.
- 4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- 5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 6. Roll dough between parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with a cookie cutter or roll into 1-inch balls and press with a fork.
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 8. For soft treats, cool on racks; for crisp treats, leave in oven overnight with heat off.
Notes
**Never use xylitol—it’s toxic to dogs!**
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
