- 1. In a large bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, pumpkin, cinnamon, and honey until combined.
- 2. Use a spoon or scooper to portion 1 tablespoon and roll into balls.
- 3. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
- 4. Place balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Notes
Never use xylitol in peanut butter—it’s toxic to dogs!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
