- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a baking sheet or silicone molds.
- 2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin purée, egg, coconut oil, and water/applesauce until smooth.
- 3. Gradually add oat flour, turmeric, flaxseed, and cinnamon, stirring until a dough forms.
- 4. Press the dough into silicone molds or roll out and cut into shapes.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- 6. Allow treats to cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
To make them grain-free, substitute oat flour with coconut or chickpea flour.
